Additional Services
Repair & Maintenance
Our cleaning team notifies all parties of broken or damaged furniture/appliances during all cleans, from there we will schedule a maintenance call to the property to handle any repairs or neccessary fixes.
Quarterly Maintenance
Our team keeps track of the quarterly maintenance schedule and implements the necessary updates to keep all major appliances in working order.
Lawn Maintenance
Our team has a dedicated service member who handles all yard/lawn maintenance during the neccessary months, April through November.
Guest Communications
Our team is available to handle communications with guests, such as booking communication and special requests (i.e. christmas set up, anniversary set up, etc.). As well as handling any ship backs of forgotten property to guests.
Quality Control
We schedule quarterly walkthroughs to inspect all aspects of the property to ensure theyre all in working order and ready for your next guests!
